I’m sure you’ve noticed the new ‘Apple themed’ look to the blog. I did this for a couple of reasons. The first was that the old theme, called Dusk, was getting a bit dull. I chose it without much thought, meaning to change it later, but never got round to it. This new theme, called iTheme2, has a much fresher feel to it.
The second reason for the change is that the Dusk theme is being retired. It’s being replaced with a new theme called Dusk to Dawn, which I wasn’t really keen on.
You’ll also notice the snowflakes. I’m not sure yet whether they’re pretty or just plain irritating. But since I can’t put fairy lights around the banner at the top of the page, I went for snow. In fact, I think this is a good opportunity to try out my first poll. So, votes; snow: pretty or irritating?
